By participating in the project, it was possible to implement the task included in the “Strategy for the development of the University of Opole for the years 2021-2027” in the scope of the fourth strategic goal - increasing the internationalisation of the University's activities. The activities offered as part of the project were aimed at enabling the achievement of the specific objectives of this strategy, i.e. increasing the international exchange and mobility of students and staff of the University of Opole (UO), as well as enhancing the international exchange and mobility of foreign students coming to UO (including based on Annex 2 to the financial agreement targeting increased incoming mobility from Ukraine in the wake of Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine). Through participation in the project and the implementation of the planned mobility, the UO's international cooperation acquired a deeper context. Cooperation with partner institutions within the framework of the project made it possible to establish and expand cooperation and to share knowledge and experience with one another in various areas of the functioning of HEIs, and this guarantees the continuous development and improvement of the Universities involved.
