The National Filmschool in Lodz's participation in the Erasmus+ project met the following objectives: - to support the process of modernisation and internationalisation of the University through participation in an international EU project, - to intensify the quality of teaching through international cooperation: The priority of the Film School is to develop and deepen the cooperation networks in which it is engaged by developing cooperation with partner Universities on a worldwide level. The University authorities are convinced that participation in the Erasmus + programme helps participants to improve their understanding of global issues and different cultural backgrounds. Going on a study or student placement is a chance to develop critical thinking skills, improve language competencies, broaden perspectives, and gain confidence and flexibility. It is an excellent opportunity to improve your chances in the job market. Studying abroad opens up extremely valuable opportunities for students to find new paths and inspiration. They are exposed to new ideas and artistic trends that are so central to the formation of a young artist. For the employees, it is an opportunity to improve their competencies and advance their careers.
