The main quantitative and qualitative objectives were achieved. The University aimed to maximise the number of outgoing and incoming mobilities by enabling all students and staff, including central administration (online system), to participate in the qualification/application. Basic and additional qualifications were conducted in accordance with the predefined formal procedures published on the University’s website, to which everyone had equal access (accessibility for people with disabilities). Information for people with fewer opportunities was included in the procedures. The university saw to it that the staff selection was mainly based on the qualitative assessment of the teaching/training programme and, in case of students, that candidates took a levelling test in the language of the mobility after passing the faculty qualification. The University ensured the highest possible level of academic recognition for outgoing students and staff. The main outcome of the project was the improved quality of education through learning about education methods abroad and exchange of good practices. Thanks to the project the participants have acquired extra competences and skills relevant to their personal and professional development.
