The Mobility Project for Higher Education Students and Staff, implemented by Warsaw University of Technology in the academic year 2021/2022 under Erasmus+ program, contract No. 2021-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000010994, enabled the mobilities of WUT students, graduates, academic teachers and administrative staff of the University. 290 mobilities were planned in the project, 339 mobilities were finally realized. The main aim of the project was to enable students and staff of WUT to further improve themselves by taking courses and training abroad, by doing part of studies and/or internships and by giving a series of lectures and classes to students. The project aimed to enable participants to familiarize themselves with the educational opportunities and requirements at other European universities and institutions offering internships and training. Students going for studies gained additional knowledge in their field of studies, students and graduates going on internships gained additional insight into the opportunities and requirements of the labour market in Europe. All participants had the chance to learn about life in other European countries, become familiar with different cultures and traditions and make new contacts.
