The implementation of the project turned out to be the "answer" we were looking for in terms of solving one of the most "urgent problems" faced by young people living in our regions, namely the need to acquire tools and create mechanisms thanks to which (despite living in small towns) we are able (participants of the project ) reach the "latest achievements of civilization" (access to information, education, culture and art through the use of digital and Internet tools). Thanks to the implementation of the project, we are convinced that we "do not lag behind" our peers from large cities. We are very pleased that the world of culture and art, so close to our hearts, helped us achieve this goal. The time spent on joint activities in a safe, project space related to culture and art, where we all felt confident and comfortable, was a pass for us to achieve the main goal of our project. Participation in the project allowed us to develop extremely, not only in artistic terms, but also allowed us to broaden our awareness of the use of development opportunities to which, despite the numerous limitations we are struggling with, we have access to. We had the opportunity to "meet" with various fields of culture and art, as well as learn how we can use them to follow technological innovations, trends, fashions, civilization achievements, obtaining information, and educating ourselves. Through participation in the project, we realized that culture and art are nowadays an excellent "link" with the whole world, allowing us to constantly broaden our horizons, develop and look where others cannot see. The organization of an international project has become an opportunity for our organizations (mostly operating in very small towns) and the masses themselves (participants) to "open up to the world", develop and increase their organizational and intellectual potential. The implementation of the project turned out to be an antidote for us not to stand out from our peers living in big cities. The implementation of the project has also become our answer to the question of how to equalize development opportunities between us and young people from large urban agglomerations. The knowledge and experience gained during the youth exchange have equipped us with a symbolic "fishing rod" thanks to which we can now catch "development opportunities". During the project: we got acquainted with various fields of culture and art, we understood how culture and art can be a link for us with "modernity" (technological innovations, global trends and fashions, civilization achievements, high-level education, access to information) , we gained new international perspectives in relation to topics related to culture and art, we acquired skills to use technological innovations that allow us to develop passion in various fields of culture and art, we found a bridge connecting the world of culture and art with the world of young people, we acquired competences that and mentally took us to a higher level of coping in today's world, we created an artistic event that combined traditional fields of culture and art with modern technologies (with the help of which the world of culture and art can now be explored without limits). The main issues and needs that we solved by participating in the project were: a) acquiring awareness of the correlation between developing passion in the field of culture and art and obtaining knowledge about technological innovations, global trends, civilization achievements, access to information and high-level education level, b) making a deep change in ourselves in the field of personal development, c) acquiring or developing such competences and attitudes as: using modern computer programs and applications that enable a better way to pursue passions related to culture and art, educating oneself and obtaining information d) developing methods of attracting young people to develop and express themselves on the artistic level, e) acquiring attitudes of self-confidence, tolerance and openness to people and challenges.
