The aim of the project was to develop the activities of our foundation to carry out international projects, which we undoubtedly succeeded in doing, as we gained experience in the Erasmus+ programme and received further grants in the Active Citizen programme, among others. Thanks to the active promotion by the local media of the mobility, which took place in April and August in Bełchatów, the Disability Without Barriers Foundation started to be recognised also among young people and ordinary citizens in the region of Łódzkie Voivodeship. Another very important objective for us was the activation of young people with disabilities and disadvantaged people, an objective that was partly fulfilled by the young people themselves writing the application for funding, because they did something together, showed initiative. Through the project, the participants gained new competences in developing intercultural awareness, cooperation in a diverse environment in terms of nationality, disability, religion. Through workshops on the development of an e-book on mental health and the development of skills for well-being, seeking mental balance, young people talked to each other, shared their life experiences, which is also an added value. The final result was an E-book entitled. ''EBOOK ON MENTAL HEALTH AND MINDFULNESS'', which contains exercises and advice on how to deal with stress on a daily basis. All participants worked on the result before two mobilities, the final version was produced in August and made available on the project's Facebook profile and on our website ("Drzemie w nas siła!"). To confirm the acquired and developed key competences, all participants received Youthpass certificates, which are "tangible" proof of their commitment to the values of the European Union.
