The result of the joint work of young people from Poland and Lithuania was the project "We are what we dream about." The leitmotif of the project was the problem of widespread unemployment in Europe, especially among young people due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. As young people, we want to take seasonal jobs to relieve the budgets of our parents. Through project activities, we answered the questions: 1. what? - We have to offer (our skills and interests). Where? - we should use these skills and interests, 3. How? - we need to do it. Answering these and other questions, we prepared for our first job. We realized that not only education and experience are indicative of success in future work, but also broad social competence. The project tasks we completed allowed us to achieve the goals of our project: -we developed creativity and activity by expressing emotions and thoughts in the form of dance and theater by preparing during the exchange a dance and movement etude on the topic of our professional future - we found appropriate solutions related to the professional orientation of young people by developing a brochure "Act - don't wait - nothing will come by itself"- we included in it advice that young people can apply in their lives, even before they enter the labor market, the brochure was written from the perspective of us young people, not wise experts. -we developed social skills (ability to cooperate, etc.) and functional skills (digital competence, etc.) by participating in joint sessions and running a Facebook profile (creating posts, taking and selecting appropriate photos, etc.) -we learned about cultures and sought common cultural dependencies, through the organization of two cultural evenings (Polish and Lithuanian) -we became more independent and felt more valued by creating the project from start to finish -we learned English in everyday situations, gained greater ability to express our own thoughts and opinions in this language.
