Through the implementation of our project, we wanted to explore issues related to the topic of social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through the methodology of improvisation, enriched with additional subject matter (physical theater), as well as create the conditions for additional exchange and creation of innovative tools with new partners. This was to translate into additional opportunities to explore "at the source" the possibilities of non-verbal communication, as well as to significantly expand the portfolio of activities offered. Objectives: C1- to equip 30 youth workers with tools and methods of social inclusion, and social radicalization of youth with fewer opportunities, based on physical theater, drama and improvisation C2- create at least 8-10 unique tools to counter radicalization of youth, based on a combination of non-formal education methods and drama/improvisation C3- development of a portfolio with a record of counter-radicalization methods that can be disseminated to other organizations, youth workers and people working with the topic of counter-radicalization and inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities C4- exploration of own, group and societal values underlying radicalization tendencies, presentation and familiarization with tools for working on them and their use in the context of work with target groups C5- reach out to marginalized groups of youth, within the framework of promoting diversity, critical thinking, sense of initiative and respect for human rights within the framework of reducing discriminatory manifestations C6- equip youth workers with the competencies, skills, and methods necessary in transmitting European values to disadvantaged groups, additionally countering radical behavior Specific objectives: C7- exchange of good practices and methods among participants from partner organizations and networking (sharing experience and attitudes, in terms of methods that were effective in their work and those that did not work within the target groups) C8- presentation of methods based on non-formal education principles and promotion of Erasmus+ program (presentation of new methods of working with participants/youth with fewer opportunities and regarding the possibility to use them in the context of different forms of support offered by Erasmus+ program). C9- to increase the quality of activities implemented in the field of youth work, especially in working with groups with fewer opportunities, especially in the context of using new and innovative techniques and methods of anti-radicalization among young people. C10- increase and improve knowledge regarding peer education and create a safe environment to test them in local groups
