Marketing is an issue that is gaining more and more importance in the activities of NGOs. Limited resources, lack of financial liquidity and the social nature of the work of the members of the organisation force us to broaden our own horizons and acquire new, necessary skills to pursue these issues. Regardless of the organization's profile or area of operation, every organization needs to implement marketing efforts to reach even more audiences and gain new, valuable collaborations. We want to create a project that will enable youth workers to gain skills that will make their daily life in the organization easier, strengthen the position of NGOs in the market and enable them to establish beneficial business cooperation. Additionally, gaining knowledge about social media and getting to know appropriate tools will enable non-governmental organizations to establish contact with their recipients - the youth, involve them actively in the activities, facilitate knowledge sharing and dissemination of the achieved results. Thanks to the tools learned, NGOs will be able to make the ways of working with youth more attractive during their further operation. Many of the tools are so versatile that they can be used to conduct workshops or any other activities, including integration during subsequent projects. Among the goals we want to achieve are: -Increasing the knowledge of project participants in the field of social media -Support for Canva, Lightroom, Instagram Stories app and other free apps and tools to improve video, photo and social media editing; -To increase the level of digital skills and creativity among participants; -Increased knowledge of word processing and knowledge of newsletter development; -Increase knowledge of advertising and marketing and attracting sponsors; -Structuring knowledge of the organization's mission and vision and building awareness of its activities; -Develop methods for researching audience needs - each organization will conduct a survey of their audience needs; -Improve the quality of youth work; -Exchange of experience related to the promotion of the organization's activities in comparison with other countries participating in the project; -Each partner organization will develop a social media action plan and prepare the necessary materials -Increase the level of cooperation with young people by making the prepared materials and activities more attractive -Developing and nurturing international cooperation - creating a plan for joint activities in the future through social media; -Inclusion and empowerment of people with fewer opportunities (social, geographical, economic, cultural, health constraints); -Skills will be acquired and developed through non-formal education tools; -Increased opportunities to recruit staff and volunteers for the organization; -Learning about cultural diversity in the countries of the partner organizations; -Exchange of experience on the impact and operation of social media channels in all partner countries -Provision of training on the CANVA tool for young people in each partner country -Dissemination of content encouraging young people to participate in and benefit from Erasmus+ projects; -Each partner organisation will recruit new volunteers - recruit min. 2 new volunteers by each organisation -Active participation of youth workers; -Exchange of good practices; -Spreading the idea of lifelong learning and improving qualifications.
