We have implemented a project whose effects developed by the staff during the project, used in their organizations, will sensitize and give young people a chance for better participation in cultural heritage, discovering new opportunities and perspectives, broadening horizons through active participation, using creative attitudes in cultural activities. The aim was to create a space for the reception of music by young people and for intercultural cooperation. The language of music is universal. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the methods of artistic and musical work with young people from three partner countries. We wanted the young people to have access to a different dimension of art by improving the competences of the participants, which would contribute to discovering their own identity resulting from tradition and origin, translated into the artistic dimension. The planned activities allowed interaction between the participants and avoided passive listening. The Foundation focused its activities on getting to know different cultures and developing conscious, creative work and education at the highest level. Youth is the future of Europe, which is why we want to support activities shaping it in the spirit of awareness and intercultural integration. Our project was to show how to build a sense of belonging to Europe in young people and make them aware of unity in diversity thanks to a common musical language and a project that helped to exchange experiences, break down cultural barriers, explore the traditions of partner countries, and strengthen partnerships for further cooperation in the context of youth work. The benefits of the project were divided into two categories, the aim of which was to broaden knowledge about music education and music in various parts of Europe, and to gain new competences that would help in work and arouse passion for music in young people. On the other hand, the project also had benefits such as: creation opportunities for international exchange of educators and young people, creating international cooperation during project, development of innovative methods of musical work with youth, and the exchange and implementation of this practice. The aim of the project was also to establish intercultural dialogue through the use of music and various types of tools supporting this process. In the 21st century reality is rapidly changing. As a result, it is difficult for us to reach young people, there are problems in communication. Young people have no ideas on how to spend time constructively and in order to start working in this matter, we have implemented a project to gain new knowledge and practice. The common concept of creating the project helped to gain new experience, develop the staff's knowledge, change scholastic behavior and habits, jointly develop solutions and methodology of working with youth. We noticed that the current ones are outdated, we lacked new attractive educational tools, and the social problems of young people are progressing. We wanted to intervene in this neglected problem. The project was to create a field for developing new solutions and methodology of working with youth. Singing together has always united people. Regardless of skill, in a group everyone gains more self-confidence and allows himself to sing loudly more often. Music is a common binder that connected the partners' activities with the subject matter. Our organizations run groups and a number of music classes for young people, thanks to which they could further practice and implement their results at home. In line with the objectives of the programme, the project supported the development of youth workers and thus the development of quality youth work at local, regional, national, European and international level through non-formal and informal learning experiences through mobility activities. The project contributed to the achievement of the objectives of the EU Youth Strategy. The project activities and implementation provided youth workers with non-formal and informal learning opportunities for educational and professional development purposes, contributing to the development of high-quality individual placements, activities and the development of youth work organizations and solutions; creating a community of youth workers who can then support the quality of other projects and activities in the youth field within and outside EU programmes. The project helped to develop local youth work practices and contribute to capacity building in relation to the quality of participants' youth work and their organisations, which have a clear impact on their current day-to-day youth work in their environments.
