When implementing the project, it will be on target nsuring young people to acquire social, civic and intercultural competences, by promoting democratic values and fundamental rights, social inclusion and non-discrimination, as well as active citizenship .Additionally promoting intercultural dialogue through all forms of learning ,encourage young people to actively take part in the society to feel less socially excluded and gain self-esteem ,raise awareness of the common history and values of the EU having a sense of self-value and higher esteem.
The motivation to write the project proposal was the current situation with immigrants and all arriving students from disadvantaged backgrounds. In particular, common problems across all EU participating countries include: lack and insufficient teacher training, initial education and professional development to integrate migrant students into classrooms; little involvement in intercultural issues. There are many students in partner schools who need social inclusion. Each school has a large number of pupils from fewer opportunities and disadvantaged backgrounds - individuals and groups of pupils who take part in society and have different social, cultural and social economic backgrounds.
