1. to provide teachers, schools' directors and educational authorities sufficient, innovative digital tools, methods and strategies to deal with the students suffering from problems resulted from poor effects of education during Covid 2. to make students more active in the processes of acquiring knowledge and participating in social life and labour market 3. to facilitate migrants, dropouts' and students with autism spectrum participation in VET training and school education
We applied for this project due to the challenges posed by the Covid lockdown, particularly in the Polish school system. Our goal was to help students, teachers, and parents adapt to the drastic changes in education. We identified critical needs through research and collaboration with European partners, revealing the negative impact of remote learning on motivation, concentration, and mental health. The project focuses on developing remedial strategies ("bridges"), training staff in design thinking and flipped classroom methodologies, and providing digital tools for enhanced learning. Our initiative addresses the loss of motivation, mental well-being issues, and the need for innovative teaching methods to navigate the ongoing effects of the pandemic.
