Our goal was to enable the exchange of effective strategies between teams from partner organizations and to provide space for dialogue and comparison of different approaches to working with adults in the cultural field. We also aimed to expand the competencies of educational staff with new skills in organizing artistic events and to strengthen the educational offerings of the organizations with methods of adult inclusion. We aimed to establish long-term cooperation between partner organizations, to develop and strengthen a transnational network. We intended to encourage adults from the three partner countries to create and organize artistic events, promoting their social inclusion through creativity and art. We aimed to promote the Erasmus+ program to all generations and to exchange methods of including adults in cultural life, both through the use of online culture and learning to use new technologies.
The project aimed to make cultural offerings more accessible to adults and develop their skills in new technologies, encouraging them to initiate their own cultural projects. Through international cooperation, our intention was to share knowledge and practices between organizations from different cultural fields, such as music, theater and visual arts, drawing on cultural differences. The goal was also to strengthen the educational offerings of our organizations with new methods of engaging adults in social and cultural life. The project also aimed to establish long-lasting relationships between partners and counteract the lack of access to culture, especially among adults in rural areas, through workshops and activities that promote active participation in culture using new technologies. We intended to promote social inclusion through art and creativity and the Erasmus+ program, encouraging the creation of artistic events. The project addressed the need to develop organizational and educational skills in culture and build a transnational network.
