Background

The project addresses the needs of the labor market, which are already emerging and will become increasingly noticeable in the future, especially in the context of the European Green Deal. Our aim was to modernize the vocational education system in the energy sector, increase young people's awareness of green issues, enhance the competence of teaching staff, and provide the market with qualified workers. Our project aimed to respond to these needs and contribute to increasing the attractiveness of workers from the energy sector in the European market.
