Through this project, we seek to face two specific areas, prioritized as our staff training needs, related to enhance new motivating methods through coding and creation of video games, and the importance of responsible digital identities promotion, using social networks for educational and conscient communication purposes. This will allow us to improve the impact and quality of our interventions, to better address our target groups needs and expectations.
The Municipality of Lousada is an institution of local public administration. It aims to pursue the interests of the population in the territorial space of the Lousada Council. The activities aims to achieve sustainable development, to promote and boost the council at an economic, social, environmental and cultural level, optimizing the use of available resources and striving for a public administration capable of responding to the growth objectives of the council and the needs of its citizens. Our general aim with this project is to include Digital Skills in our strategic development plan, enhancing Innovation and Green Transition values consistent with European indicators and recommendations for our organizational development, as well as the continuous improvement of our actions and the impact that they have in our community and environment.
