With this course, we intend to train our young volunteers to use new techniques during the implementation of future projects that we intend to have, always with the aim of being an asset to our community. It was also intended that the elements that participated in the mobility improved their abilities to create partnerships in international environments and contact networks for future projects. Also make them aware of cultural differences and the importance of lifelong learning.
Descularte's objectives are to increase, develop, enhance and promote initiatives in the sporting, cultural, artistic and valuing of traditions, traditional local and regional products, and initiatives of a social scope, non-formal education, training and teaching. professional in the areas of sport, culture, arts and traditions and consultancy in the aforementioned areas.Given the growing number of foreign citizens in the community, Descularte also works, in synergy with other institutions, with the immigrant/refugee public. The institution considered that this design thinking course would help our volunteers (staff of numerous projects for the community) to rethink the projects they will be involved in in the future, in a more effective way.
