With the implementation of this project we intend to achieve the following objectives: 1 - Train the organization's staff with digital tools that encourage interaction with users and promote their physical, cognitive and psychosocial well-being; 2 - Increase the motivation of the organization's staff; 3 - Give the organization's staff the opportunity to get to know new realities with a European dimension and give them the possibility of contact with new languages, cultures and realities; 4 - Dematerialize the physical processes, reducing the amount of paper used in the individual processes of the institution's users.
The Associação Cultural Recreativa e Social de Samuel is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity that provides services in the social area to around 300 users at local level and 38 at national level, from the first age to the third age. Having, for this, the following social responses: nursery, kindergarten, CATL, Day Center, Home Support Service, Living Center, Home for the elderly, Continuous Care Unit, Family Support Center and Parental Counseling and Family Care. This project focused on the social responses of the elderly, in order to improve the quality of services, improve the satisfaction of users and employees, using digital resources and improving the institution's environmental sustainability.
