The main objectives of the project "Learn the art of education" were: Creation and implementation of a project in the area of adult education: we want to be able to develop and manage this project. We intend to gain experience and become active thanks to a common experience that will create both professional and personal ties. Train 6 AEQUALITAS technicians in educational artistic techniques: A team of technicians will participate in two training courses in a French host association (Les Schini's) with vast experience in the use of the arts as an instrument of education and social transformation. Internationalization and creation of links with other organizations: We will be able to compare our personal experience with the practices carried out outside our national context and we will be able to take advantage of it to replicate and adapt to our contexts as well as solidify these associations and create new ones in the future.
The project "Learn the art of education" was born from a set of needs and challenges felt in the AEQUALITAS association in its mission to become an association of social intervention in the field of adult education. As a way of starting to stimulate projects at an international level and being able to create and develop our own activities, we decided to apply for the Erasmus program, taking advantage of the opportunities offered to associations with little experience. The relationships established with the association Les Schini's, with which we had the privilege of participating in various trainings, was the source of inspiration for our work and we considered that they could play a fundamental role in our training, since they have vast experience in the use of the arts as an educational and social transformation tool. With the implementation of this project we started lasting and professionalized work mechanisms.
