Objectives

The proposed activities contributed to the improvement of the professionals' skills, articulating knowledge to promote the development of educational and pedagogical programs with different themes, crossing different disciplines and sectors. Additionally, they acquired skills related to the development of European networks and projects, promoting and creating learning partnerships between schools, companies and civil society, within interpersonal, intercultural and social relationships. Organizational skills have been improved by exploring non-formal activities, in general to address sensitive topics such as multiculturalism, diversity, inclusion, among others. These skills are particularly important for teachers in leadership positions, enabling them to learn about and try to adapt different practices and approaches to school management.

Background

The educational project points to the constant need to think and rethink the paradigms of education, to provide teachers with training experiences with a view to the future. The general objectives of the project are to articulate knowledge and sharing of teaching practices with documentary production and creativity tools, in order to promote the creation of strong links between teachers. Designing a formative path, with a transversal approach, with the promotion of pedagogical leadership oriented towards learning and educational success, with different points of view, focusing on inclusion and cultural interaction. Productive participation in the interactive and dynamic knowledge organizations of the future requires enhanced collaborative skills in every citizen. Social collaboration is the most important source of human development, supporting individual learning, capitalized on cognitive diversity through common problem solving.
