The needs of AE Maximinos are aligned with the objectives of the Erasmus + Program and in this regard, we must improve and update the methods and approaches used in education and training, prioritize more effective activities for the benefit of communities, improve practices, allowing for involvement disadvantaged groups, improving management skills, training in 21st century methods and sharing and experimenting with good practices in this area of vocational training in order to achieve the objectives of the European Strategy. AE Maximinos needs to meet the needs of qualification and integration in the national labor market, in which the teaching / learning process favors the development of the students' technical skills and competences, through the development of the personal and professional components, and believes that an internship becomes an asset for the beneficiary and region.
