We wanted to give the best opportunities to our students, most of whom have diverse cultural backgrounds and social and economic problems. The Erasmus program was the best opportunity that could have been given to them to open horizons and see a world of opportunities in line with the Digital Education Action Plan that is being implemented in our school. We wanted them to have high quality training so that they could complete their training and be able to integrate immediately into the job market. We wanted to give teachers the confidence to share their experiences, knowledge and skills and that also assimilate and promote awareness about environmental issues through learning and projects that they will carry out in favor of the school community through green solutions. We managed to get our teachers to acquire the necessary skills so that they could motivate our students to learn and avoid dropping out of school too soon.
It was the first time that we participated in a VET mobility program and with great pride we were able to fulfill our main objectives, which were to be in line with DigCompEdu and with the recommendation of the council of ministers of November 24, 2020 on education and vocational training in favor of sustainable competitiveness, social justice and resilience. We were able to promote intercultural dialogue, learning and the feeling of being European in our students and teachers, in addition to having developed skills and benefited from non-formal and informal learning for educational and professional development, contributing to teaching practice and teaching methodologies. high quality education, as well as for the evolution and internationalization of our school and its professional education. It was our goal to be able to create and develop a project with quality activities and networking with various entities in the EU and beyond. We establish transnational professional networks, promote continuous training and create value and sustainable innovation.
