The main objective was to include young people with fewer opportunities in international mobility programs so that they improve their learning possibilities and experience, meeting the school's educational project. Having a significant number of students in vulnerable situations (dysfunctional families, low self-esteem, few economic resources, immigrant students), EPADRV sees as essential the possibility of integrating these students into challenges to which they would not otherwise have access, increasing thus, the motivation for school activities a and consequent decrease in absenteeism and school dropout. As a secondary objective, the school wished to promote qualified training that allows the increase of relevant international projects, with high quality and consequent appreciation of EPADRV.
The project "Incluir para Transformar o Futuro" was born from the realization that we were not promoting the international dimension in our activities and, therefore, failing to provide the possibility of favoring the development of skills and attitudes in our young people, such as self-esteem, autonomy, empathy, empowerment and adaptability, among many other things. Starting from this diagnosis and the desire to change it, we thought of a project capable of providing a sharing of knowledge and experiences, where it was intended that an actor with high experience would transmit knowledge of all the potential that the Erasmus + Program has to offer, simultaneously providing enriching activities for teachers and non teachers of the school and meeting the basic training and profile of our students.
