The objectives established for this E+ project are in line with the school's strategic objectives that underpin educational practices, such as: - contribute to the personal and social development of students; - adapt the training offer to the needs of society and the labor market; - promote the active participation of students, teaching and non-teaching staff as well as parents as a community; - value cultural differences; - educate for the civic and democratic formation of students. We intend to continue the path and objectives previously established when the E+ Program was introduced at school, with a view to building and promoting quality and reference teaching. we want to improve the level and quality of schooling for the active population by promoting real challenges in the context of the labor market, building concrete opportunities for exchanges that favor students throughout their training and subsequently can positively distinguish them when entering the labor market by presenting a professional curriculum and skills versed.
"Explore to Inspire to Transform" is EPAV's motto, however, the necessary attention had not yet been given to exploration at an international level, especially since the first E+ project approved in 2020, due to the context, had not been able to be implemented and provide EPAV with knowledge at the various levels of the project cycle. We believe that by creating concrete opportunities that allow us to approach and stimulate trust in a possible sense of normality, but also in relation to the "other", we want to show that cooperation is the most urgent path ever towards a truly sustainable future. CENINTEL is a company whose object is education and professional training, and the organization, development and consultancy within this area, development and management of educational establishments and the production and publication of pedagogical materials. It owns the Alda Brandão de Vasconcelos Vocational School (EPAV Colares and Peniche Pole) where it develops Professional and Vocational Secondary Courses, Education and Training Courses for Young People and the Asset Qualification Center, where training is developed for active people. It is also an external training entity of the IEFP developing Learning Courses.
