Objectives

Since IPB is a Business Reference School for the Region, we created the European Development Plan, which became a fundamental tool for updating, perfecting and deepening the valuation of knowledge and professional skills of the entire educational community at European level. Thus, we want the IPB to be based on a culture of quality and responsibility, which is effective in the responses it gives to the specific needs of its human resources and the needs of students, resulting from the Training Plan approved and instituted at the school. With this European Development Plan, we intend to respond to the needs of the IPB, basing our action on the following pillars: - IPB's internationalization process; - Development of actions that allow the acquisition of skills centered on students and for students; - Development of actions that allow the acquisition of skills centered on teaching and non-teaching staff. Our European Development Plan has ambitious Goals, such as contributing to improving the quality of training and increasing the volume of mobility of students and teaching staff in the different Member States.
