This project was born from a set of needs felt by the school in its mission to provide quality professional training and a social context that demands modernization and internationalization. We believe that through education and training in transversal and entrepreneurial skills, young people will be better equipped to apply for jobs, work on their own and contribute to an organization's innovative and competitive capacity. Furthermore, Europe remains productive, with significant capacity to maintain jobs and create new jobs. In line with the objectives of the Erasmus+ Programme, this project promoted and improved the performance of the participants' relevant basic and transversal skills in a lifelong learning perspective, providing them with work experience in a European country.
