The objectives are differentiated according to the target group: Trainees: To provide opportunities for personal and professional development that will add value to their integration and professional success; To enable young people, and the educational community in general, to develop skills such as knowledge of new languages and the economic and social culture of other countries; To contribute to the development of well-qualified young people in human and social terms. EPDRBM Staff: To develop a culture of sharing and learning; To create opportunities for individual and collective development of the teams, through direct contact with new realities and organisations, and through reflection and sharing of the results of the mobility; To promote cooperation with other schools/companies linked to education and training in different European countries with a view to exchange; Promoting cooperation with schools/companies in EU countries that are relevant to their areas of training, to ensure that our students are better adapted to the requirements of the labour market, providing an exchange of experiences between the school and the host companies/entities that will enrich and even change their way of working and teaching.
ADA /EPDRBM wants activities in the different modalities to be recognised as an opportunity for growth and learning that is increasingly available to everyone, without discrimination, for lifelong learning and for personal and professional fulfilment. We want the impact to go beyond the training and capacity building of human resources, to the high employability and recognition of the professionals we train, the increase in educational levels, the reduction in regional unemployment, the creation of regional, national and international networks and exchanges. In this way, we also expect impacts such as the promotion of a culture of support for initiative with new projects, productions, companies, techniques and networks; incentives for new generations, new leaders and new entrepreneurs; and the enhancement of vocational education and training through the promotion of partnerships between companies, training operators, research organisations and partners.
