This mobility project is in line with IPT's ECHE and with the general and specific objectives of the Erasmus+ program. The IPT intended to support the educational, professional and personal development of its academic communities in the fields of education and training, in Europe and the countries outside Europe. The ultimate objectives of the project were to combine mobility, the concerns of sustainable growth, quality employment and contribute to innovation and strengthening European identity and active citizenship. This project had as specific objectives a greater scope of mobilities to the entire academic community, and the development of BIPs in priority areas: Inclusion, equality and diversity and cultural heritage. The aim was to promote individual mobility, through its growth in terms of volume, for studies, internships, training and teaching, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity and innovation. The aim was to achieve the satisfaction of students and staff through the increase in personal and professional enrichment provided by the mobility experience, by BIPs courses focused on a innovative and differentiated approach and the expansion of cooperation networks.
