The implementation of the project seeks to qualify professionals to work in the European and global space, in a way that has a significant impact on the participating institutions and the labour market where they work; provide the updating and enhancement of the knowledge, skills, and competences of students and staff, relevant to training / qualification and employment increase the capacity of participating organizations to operate transnationally; and promote work-based learning through mobility projects under the Erasmus + Programme. The project also aims to contribute to individual and collective development, boost sustainable growth, promote quality employment, strengthen social cohesion, and promote European identity and active citizenship.
