Since it was founded in 1989, ESAD has taken on internationalisation as an important element of its educational project, both scientifically and pedagogically, and as a strategy for affirmation at national and international level. Therefore, the current project aimed to promote, increase and diversify the different types of mobility, encouraging students, teachers and other staff to take part and benefit from the programme. The Outgoing mobilities sought to provide a rich and different experience of multiple learning and knowledge; to develop critical skills in the face of new concepts, different ethical, social and cultural norms and values; to make students more open, welcoming and tolerant; and to improve language skills. With regard to Incoming mobility, ESAD has endeavoured to make the experience lively, rich and rewarding, enriching the school both with a dynamic environment and on a personal, artistic and cultural level, confronting the various agents with new ways of thinking, doing and acting. Likewise, the mobilisations (In and Out) of teachers and other staff are aimed at getting to know teaching spaces and deepening interpersonal relationships which, in turn, foster the sharing of ideas and multiple experiences.
