The aim was to promote, to support, to implement and to monitor institutional exchange projects, national or international cooperation programs and networks, in the fields of teaching and research. With this project, in addition to the objectives mentioned above, we intended to increase the number of students and workers in mobility, whether outgoing or incoming; organize internal and external applications, support students, teaching staff and non-teaching staff, with their needs arising from their mobility process; to organize dissemination and awareness-raising actions for mobility; evaluate bilateral agreements and propose, or not, their renewal; to present proposals for new cooperation partnerships with national or foreign institutions; to prepare comparative analyzes between the institution's study plan and that of partner universities, with a view to accrediting the training carried out; to prepare and negotiate, with partner institutions, group mobility modules with pre-defined programming; ensure correspondence regarding mobility processes.
