With the ERASMUS project ENIDH intends to improve its internationalization, namely at European level. ERASMUS project is an opportunity for ENIDH to develop new partnerships and new projects (requalification and research projects). ERASMUS project enables, not only exchange of students and staff, but also experiences and knowledge. * Be part of the ERASMUS program is an opportunity to the students to achieve academic and personal improvements, greater job prospects and enhance language skills. The students are involved in a new culture, meet different people and customs, has contact with different teaching approaches making them more self-confidences and independents. * For staff mobilities, they allow participants to have contact with other organization and performance methods. These mobilities, in addition to the benefits for lhe participant himself, are also an added value for ENIDH, because they represent an increase of knowledge and training to its own staff.
