Firstly, we intended to recover the mobility rates in the post-pandemic period. It was a dramatic period, especially in demographically small countries like Portugal, in terms of incoming and outcoming mobility. Secondly, we finished the implementation phase of the EWP, following one of the strategic lines of the Erasmus European Charter, which is also present in our Erasmus European Strategy, with a strong focus on digitalization. The solutions proposed by the UNI Foundation were applied, since they were evaluated as the most refined and beneficial. This model was gradually adapted to inter-institutional agreements and with great difficulty to incoming students because there were few HEIs partnerships that were properly prepared. Regarding the first case, the Board made a significant effort to support mobile students financially by reducing their monthly or annual tuition costs. In the second case, the working bases for the LA for incoming students and inter-institutional agreements have been put into operation. With regard to the signing of new protocols, a greater effort was also made to make up for the downtime in the 20/21 and 21/22 academic years, seeking to extend the current agreements to other countries of Europe.
