The main aim of this project was to provide Master and Doctoral students of both Higher Educations Institutions (HEIs) the opportunity to perform a traineeship in European institutions, as well as teaching and training opportunities for teaching and non- teaching staff in the fields of health sciences, humanities, and social sciences. The main actors of this project are the two universities, in a partnership with other strategic partners such as Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra (CHUC), Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) and Biocant Associação de Transferência de Tecnologia. The main goal was to connect Higher Education Institutions with entities in order to deliver to students and recent graduates an education focused on the job market needs. Through student and staff mobility, the Corsortium promotes an awareness of the importance of linguistic and cultural diversity in Europe, as well as an improvement in the acquired professional and human skills. In this project, 100 people benefited directly from the available Erasmus+ grants (69 students and 31 teaching and non- teaching staff).
