The 2021-1-PT01-KA131-HED-000006329 project was the first edition of the WORK4ALL 21-27 consortium (Working Opportunities to Reinforce Knowledge for All), coordinated by the University of Porto and with the University of Minho, the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and the Nova University Lisbon as academic partners and SONAE as a business partner. The consortium accomplished the objectives it set for this project, in line with the institutional strategies, the HEIs' Erasmus Policy Statements, and the horizontal priorities of Erasmus+: upheld the joint work in the new funding framework; increased the competitive capacity of the academic communities and accelerated the digital transition in the Programme; increased the availability and quality of internships, supporting the implementation of internships focused on digital skills; contributed to the employability of its recent graduates and their career prospects; brought universities closer to the business world; promoted the internationalization and visibility of national HEIs and Portugal, among institutions, students, companies and other stakeholders operating in the sphere of the European Higher Education Area.
