The Erasmus+ project was designed to enrich the educational experience and promote intercultural understanding through academic mobility. The exchange of students, faculty, and staff between European institutions aims to promote internationalization, enhance the skills of students and staff, foster pedagogical innovation, and strengthen academic cooperation networks. Institutional cooperation was a fundamental pillar, allowing for the creation of new academic networks as well as the sharing of resources and knowledge/best practices. Additionally, we aimed to elevate the quality of education and strengthen the professional and personal development of participants, preparing them for international environments. Inclusion and diversity were key elements, ensuring equal access to the program. Finally, we aimed for a sustainable impact that would transcend the project's duration, positively influencing educational policies and institutional practices, in line with the Erasmus+ values of European integration and cultural enrichment. With this project, we intend to expand cultural horizons, improve the quality of education, strengthen international ties, and prepare participants for the global market.
