The Erasmus+ mobility project at ISEC Lisboa is dedicated to advancing the continuous personal and professional development of both teaching and non-academic staff, providing outgoing students with enriching experiences in diverse cultural and educational settings. This initiative strategically aligns with ISEC Lisboa’s internationalization goals and strategy, fostering cultural awareness and actively contributing to the establishment of a broad network in Europe and beyond. For students, the primary focus is on cultivating personal, professional, social, and intercultural skills, with the expectation of a positive impact on motivation, academic performance, and increased competitiveness in the current job market.
