The project aimed to strengthen Iscte’s internationalization and offer every student the possibility of a mobility experience (long or short, study or internship), enabling them to acquire knowledge in a different context and broadening their employability conditions in an increasingly sustainable and inclusive Europe. The aim was also to increase staff mobility, internationalising careers, offer new learning experiences, share good practices, explore different forms of teaching, training, researching and innovation; foster new forms of academic cooperation, particularly research and knowledge transfer, with a view to increasing Iscte’s participation in the European Education Area; consolidate Iscte’s relations with the network of partner HEIs, organisations, the ecosystem in which it operates and with society in general, contributing to the development of new European cooperation projects; improve the skills and competences of student participants and staff, across the board, in the areas of sustainability, citizenship, inclusion and interculturality. Contribute to a climate of respect, tolerance, and affirmation of the European citizenship.
