Promote, train, improve and facilitate the use of HPC, HPDA, AI, including Machine and Deep Learning, and HPV in Portuguese industry and academy to overcome the deficiencies of a national policy for training human resources in areas of advanced computing. * * Therefore, the best strategy to achieve these objectives is: * * a) Acquisition of knowledge from areas nested in foreign institutions with extensive experience on development, application and teaching. * b) Networking involving European actors - supercomputing centers, HEIs, companies and public/private organizations involving the development, research and application of technologies in HPC, HPDA, AI, including ML and DL, and HPV. * * The ERASMUS+ program give conditions to, within the scope of a consortium dedicated to advanced computing involving relevant themes, facilitate the mobilities of staff and students to acquire knowledge and to develop networking with foreign institutions in these knowledge fields.
