The implementation of the project aimed to provide international mobility to the academic community, with the goal of positively impacting their personal and professional experiences. For interns, the aim was to offer an initial exposure to the professional environment, facilitating the application of theoretical knowledge and the development of 'soft skills'. For both teaching and non-teaching staff, the objectives included exploring new professional environments, fostering dialogue, exchanging experiences, and strengthening institutional ties. In training mobilities, the objective was to acquire new knowledge for subsequent application at the home institution.
