According to the EPS, UPT defined the following objectives for this project: 1) Strengthen/diversify IN and OUT mobility flows; 2) Develop good teaching/learning practices based on intercultural experiences; 3)Contribute to the goal of inclusion; 4)Accelerate the use of EWP. SMS’ diversification was achieved through participation in 9 BIPs, contributing to the priority of inclusion and diversity. For SMP in, short-term mobility for doctoral studies was implemented. UPT continued its internal policy of economic support for outgoing SMS mobility through direct discounts on the fees besides the state grant. At the time of Erasmus’s call disclosure, the diversity of individuals was stressed as a priority, and in the welcome email, the “inclusion officers” were announced. Linguistic and cultural enrichment and integration took place through Portuguese Culture and Portuguese as a Foreign Language courses, the Buddy initiative, and a Christmas dinner prepared by everyone in the Pedagogical Kitchen. The EWP was carried out through the mandatory use of OLA Out and IN, and the gradual transposition of all IIA to the EU Dashboard. In both cases, resistance was observed from some partners. *
