With this project, we aim to enrich the educational experience of students enrolled in the institutions involved in the consortium, promote intercultural understanding through academic mobility, and bring educational institutions closer to the European business sector, allowing for the adaptation and continuous improvement of teaching methods and training content. As a result, participants have increased cooperation with international companies, enabling them to create a larger and more comprehensive critical mass, thereby substantially increasing the number of internships provided to students. Institutional cooperation has been a fundamental pillar, allowing the creation of academic networks and the sharing of resources and knowledge. Furthermore, we seek to elevate the quality of education and strengthen the professional and personal development of participants, preparing them for international environments. Inclusion and diversity were key elements, ensuring equal access to the program. Faculty and staff benefit from Erasmus mobilities by gaining international experience, improving linguistic and cultural skills, establishing professional networks, and adopting innovative educational best practices.
