Within the project, we set out to achieve the following objectives: Objective 1: The development of digital skills for 3 members of our organization so that, in their turn, they can train the other members of the Association and the members of partner NGOs in the digitalization field. Objective 2: Increasing the level of knowledge of the legislation, techniques and procedures applied in the field of respect for human rights and participatory democracy of a number of 2 people, so that they can then train other members/volunteers/collaborators of the association in the respective field our.
We decided to apply for this project because, at the level of our organization, we identified a need to improve knowledge, skills, digital skills as well as knowledge of legislation, procedures and techniques used to defend human rights and participatory democracy. To solve this problem, I considered that the best approach is to use the opportunities offered by Erasmus+, by participating in European mobility, within KA1-Adult Education. I chose this solution, to apply within KA1 of the Erasmus+ program, due to the beneficial effects that I observed from the participation in this program of other organizations, with a similar profile, for their members and for society in general.
