Through the implementation of this project, we aimed to improve the skills of 9 teaching staff who carry out activities within the target group, in order to increase the quality of the educational act, a fact that would lead to an increase in the level of interest and confidence of the students. In order to obtain these results, the main needs identified at the level of our institution were taken into account and we considered it necessary to specialize teachers in order to improve the quality of the educational act through continuous training, the acquisition of new skills to ensure the interactivity and attractiveness of the lessons in order to prevent and reducing the risk of dropping out of school, the methodical and pedagogical improvement of teaching staff, the development of the capacity to advise and guide adult students in order to discover and improve their own abilities, as well as the encouragement of creative and critical thinking in order to set moral values for awareness and involvement in maintaining a healthy environment, alignment with European standards to prove adaptability, creativity, diversity in the educational act, promotion of good practices, diversity, digitization and inclusion.
The idea of the project started from the results of the statistical and SWOT analyzes of the last years, which showed increasingly poor results in education, an increasingly poor attendance and increasing disinterest in education. The purpose of the project was represented by the desire to increase the attractiveness of the instructional-educational process so that there are better results and to decrease the number of students who abandon their studies from among the adult students who represent the target group of this project, namely the students from the "A two" program chance" but also evening education. Having in our organization a long experience in these fields, we decided to bring improvements to the instructional-educational process so that students are helped to become aware of the importance of developing some skills to face the changes in society and on the labor market, and last but not least, increasing self-esteem of themselves and guiding these adults in choosing a career that suits them. Also, considering the low values of our students, low self-esteem, family context and poor education, cumulative things that push them to pass on these non-values, we try to direct them on a new trajectory.
