Objectives

Through this project we wanted to obtain: * improving the school results of secondary school students, * developing the digital skills of students from our institution and the integrating schools, *increasing the quality of education of the students in our school and the integrating schools *decrease the dropout rate of students with SEN in our school.

Background

The project was developed and implemented in the context of a pressing need accentuated by the COVID pandemic. Many of our students, 37.39% students from the institution and 62% students integrated in mainstream education, were deprived of online learning experiences due to the lack of devices and minimal digital skills, both on the part of parents and teaching staff, 65.71% of them not having digital skills. Against the background of these deficits, the rate of absenteeism increased among students, especially those in the secondary school cycle, and implicitly the risk of school dropout also increased. The educational crisis identified in the context of the schooling of over 55% of students with reduced opportunities, 19.5% being commuters from the rural area, with very poor academic results, was the basis for the need to apply personalized activities and interventions. The following were involved in the development of the project: the project team;teachers participating in mobility; partner schools;NGO that contributed to supporting dissemination activities. The institution provided logistics, facilitated training activities, workshops, professorial councils for multiplying results, classroom assistance, monitoring and evaluation.
