1. Developing the professional skills of teachers in the field of inclusive education, the skills to work with students from vulnerable groups. Through this objective, we aimed to help teachers to streamline their working methods with students with learning difficulties integrated in the mainstream school, so that they carry out a teaching-learning-evaluation act adapted to their needs and interests and, at the same time, contribute to preventing and combating the discriminatory phenomena faced by these students, phenomena that could keep them away from school. 2. Developing the digital skills of teachers. Noting that in the online school not all teachers were able to adapt to this form of organization of the teaching process, we considered it necessary to improve the digital skills of the teaching staff, so that they can integrate technology and innovate the teaching act. 3. Developing the skills of teachers to use non-formal education methods, attractive, stimulating for students. 4. Developing the international and inclusive dimension of the activity carried out in our school through the interaction with colleagues and institutions in Europe.
Since the school's vision is to promote quality education through the development of an inclusive environment conducive to learning, we set out to solve this problem by improving the professional skills of the teaching staff, through their participation in training courses that allow them to learn new working methods with students with learning difficulties, but also methods that allow the innovation and efficiency of the didactic act by adapting it to the needs and interests of each student, so that more attractive classes are held, to integrate technology in the teaching-learning-evaluation process, with the aim of increasing students' interest in learning, participation in school and community life, reducing the phenomenon of early school leaving.
