Through the implementation of this project, we proposed to have in the unit teachers trained at the European level for the use of innovative and non-formal methods in the application of the curriculum. Thus, the participating staff, as well as the other staff in the unit, improved their key skills in order to design the activities carried out for the development of multiple intelligences and creativity in preschoolers. Also, they design and carry out activities that follow the free, integral and harmonious development of preschoolers. Most of the staff in the unit have chosen an optional that will contribute to the fulfillment of all the proposed objectives in order to carry out the activities that contribute to the development of creativity but also those that pursue the identification of multiple intelligences Considering that in the implementation of the project and in the carrying out of all the proposed activities it was also involved teaching staff with disabilities, all the barriers they face were combated, we supported equity and equality, allowing this person to assert herself. Her improvement at the European level led to an increase in self-confidence, to a good integration in the community and in the educational environ
The Kindergarten with Extended Program "Bobocei din Micro III" was founded out of the desire to support young families, to properly develop children and ensure their preparation for school. The unit is concerned with creating a European-level educational environment for the children who attend it. Our kindergarten pays special attention to teacher training programs, but also to projects designed to ensure the implementation of a high-level educational system, adapted and synchronized with the new European trends. The participation of the 8 teaching staff in this project can be seen as a "reward" for all the efforts made in order to strengthen the quality of the teaching activity in the unit. Within the project "A step forward for the valorization of our children" the participants had the opportunity to improve their skills and abilities, to connect teaching-learning activities, focusing on the individual development of each child. Thus, in the kindergarten, more and more creative activities are carried out, activities based on the development of multiple intelligences, because by sharing, multiplying and disseminating the information and techniques obtained as a result of the training.
