Fighting against early school drop-out, the social inclusion of SEN children, equal access to good education, were key aspects of our project. It was our wish that our school teachers acquired abillities to design and implement a systemic vision, in which to bring together all the participants of the instructional process in an act of cooperation and interact with successfull educational models. The training in techniques to reduce school drop-out rate, the elaboration of a coherent plan of reducing it, the development of the European dimension of our school, the increasing social inclusion level of SEN children as well as the improvement of our teachers' linguistic abillities, were true goals we wished to achieve by means of this project suggestively entitled " Cross the bridge together to a better world".
Boldur Secondary School is an educational institution, situated in the rural area of Timis District, which has 3 subordinated structures- the Preschool and Primary School in Jabar, the Preschool and Primary School in Ohaba Forgaci and the Preschool and Primary School in Sinersig. In present, our organisation deals with issues like: socio-economical difficulties, abseenteism, parent migration, medical crisis, an increasing number of children in foster families, all of these having a negative effect on school motivation. Having to teach/study in "4 in 1" or "2 in 1" classes in Primary and Secondary school, is a real challenge for our teachers and students alike. Through this project, we intended to instruct our teachers, to find objective sollutions to these genuine and stringent problems.
