Every child has different styles and learning techniques and those lead to different intellects. It’s the teacher’s role to know and develop the preschooler’s skills and abilities to respond to the interests they show and to help them evolve according to their potential. Therefore we would like: The improvement of teaching skills by 25% using innovating methods and instruments in the teaching activities by the four teachers of our kindergarten; The encouraging of information and teaching experience exchange ensuring the transfer of good practice as a result of the class participation; Development of child’s behavior through creative learning arts information and communication technology outdoor activities; Increase of the parent’s interest and trust in the kindergarten; Improvement of the kindergarten’s curricular offer; Raise of the institution’s prestige in the community; Improvement of the collaboration between the kindergarten and the representatives of the local community.
This project will contribute to the institutional development of our kindergarten through activities that can make learning more attractive for all actors, responding to the different needs of preschoolers and the community. Thus the quality of educational services is raised using methods that are the subject of the class in a daily practice. The involvement of staff in Erasmus + Ka 1 training mobility will have a double impact by acquiring examples of good practice and acquiring new professional skills, which will lead to the improvement of active/interactive teaching/learning methods, giving preschoolers motivation to learn, to acquisition of attitudes/skills, which will contribute to changing behavior. Preschoolers will acquire skills and abilities through creative learning, practical, interactive activities of interdisciplinary training through artistic activities, information and communication technology, outdoor activities. The parents will be satisfied with the kindergarten with which they will collaborate and hopefully gain prestige in the community.
