The purpose of this project was to increase the motivation and skills of educational factors (children, parents, teachers) in our kindergarten to increase the quality and relevance of the educational act. As objectives, we proposed: O1: Developing the skills to use digital learning methods and tools specific to non-formal, experiential, reflective and creative education of 7 teaching staff from "Traian Demetrescu" Kindergarten Craiova, for the development of the motivation of the educational factors involved and their personal development O2: The acquisition of alternative methods to support the development of the kindergarten's human capital, to carry out attractive and motivating activities and increase the synergy of educational factors O3: Development of a kindergarten strategy to reduce absenteeism and successful transition to school life, by focusing on the involvement and stimulation of children, using the techniques and methods learned in this project Through this project, we wanted to implement strategies for human resources using attractive methods of activating teachers, committee leaders, etc.
The project "Leap into the future for a modern education", at the Traian Demetrescu Kindergarten" was born from the desire for progress and evolution of the team from the GPP "Traian Demetrescu" Craiova. The needs of the institution and the possible causes were identified, developing an organizational plan for increasing the European dimensions of the kindergarten and the future improvement of internal quality indicators. Regarding European development, we found the need for development in accordance with the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy (reducing school dropouts, absenteeism). Organizational needs: -the decrease in the motivation of children, parents and teachers -insufficient use of innovative or informal methods in working with children -the decrease in the involvement of teaching staff in innovative activities and educational projects - deficiencies in the approach to meetings between teachers and parents -parents are increasingly disinterested or absent from meetings with parents and counseling sessions Thus, we decided to act to solve the need to develop the competences, skills and attitudes of teaching staff necessary to carry out attractive activities by applying some digital methods/tools.
