By carrying out this project, we aimed to facilitate the transition of students with CES from school to active life by training new skills and perfecting previously acquired professional skills and by substantially improving their CV. Also, we proposed to bring the economic agents closer to the school unit in order to get to know the students, future graduates, and to change their previous perception regarding their professional potential. Another objective aimed at the inclusion and insertion of special vocational education graduates on the labor market. By participating in this project, we wanted to prevent both social and professional marginalization of graduates. By participating in these European mobility projects, the students returned changed both behaviorally and professionally, being more confident in their own strengths and more open to the challenges of the labor market. The relationship in a new work group helped them to develop personally, but also professionally, to understand and respect the rules of professional conduct and the fact that the school environment is different from the one in real life. We wanted this project to contribute to the promotion of the school's image.
Although CSEI Buzau provides educational and therapeutic-recovery services to students with CES, offering them an inclusive school environment that facilitates their social and professional integration, participation in this project offered them additional and difficult opportunities to offer in the country for their practical training in field. Students needed to enrich their skills and competencies in a real, dynamic professional environment, which would create varied work contexts for them, which facilitates their transition from the school environment to active life on the labor market. Since school graduates frequently face prejudices from the local economic community regarding their employment, the participation of our students in this project helped them to improve their CV with professional experiences abroad that constitute strong arguments in front of potential employers, facilitating in this way, access to the labor market. The school managers were actively involved in the implementation actions of the project, offering all the support and availability by mobilizing the unit's resources (human and logistic), the implementation team being selected according to the procedure and appointed by the manager.
